Getting Started with PSYKHE AI Shopify App

This guide outlines the step-by-step integration process for PSYKHE AI custom shopify application.

Prerequisites

Before beginning the integration, you'll need to provide:

  • Your store domain
  • Collaboration request code

Integration Process

1. Initial Setup & Permissions

  1. Accept the collaboration request
  2. Grant additional required permissions

    Note: Web Pixel permissions cannot be included in the standard Collaborator Request and must be granted separately


2. Automatic Configuration

Once installed, the system automatically handles:

  • Product catalog ingestion
  • Real-time updates via webhooks
  • User action tracking
  • All necessary data synchronization

Note: No additional maintenance or manual updates are required after the initial setup.


3. Theme Integration & Validation

Our team will handle the technical implementation:

  1. Review your current store theme
  2. Create a backup by duplicating your main theme
  3. Install and configure the theme app extension in a separate collection template
  4. Validate the PLP (Product Listing Page) implementation
  5. Confirm everything works according to your requirements

Going Live

After confirming that everything works as expected in the test environment, we can proceed with the live deployment.
